Patching Applications is undertaken automatically by the Jam Cyber team. As new patches for applications become available, our team will first conduct testing and then when we know they are safe, we will install for you. There is nothing you need to do!

On a rare occasion, we may ask users to log off or restart to install a patch. However, we will always let you know prior and coordinate a time with your team that is convenient.

Best Practice Tips:
  1. There is a very small chance that new patches can reduce computer performance or functionality. If this occurs, please notify your Authorised IT Contact so they can determine and resolve the issue.
