Using Patching Operating SystemsTo top
There is no action required by users to Patch Operating Systems as this will occur automatically as new patches become available. Jam Cyber continuously reviews all available patches and will deploy on your system when we are confident it is safe and will not impact the computer’s performance.
In the event we require users to log off or restart to deploy a patch, we will coordinate this directly your Authorised Administrator to undertake either out of hours or at a time suitable for your company.
- On the rare occasion an operating systems patch update causes your computer performance to slow or causes programs to not run properly, please notify your Internal ICT Manager immediately and they can determine and resolve any issues.
